Gabriela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Masters of Science in Education from Peru State College in Peru, Nebraska. She has more than 10 years experience in Financial Aid Services at the University of South Florida. She originally served as a work study student, and then became Senior Financial Aid Officer, a Financial Aid Coordinator and ultimately an Assistant Director. Additionally, she has served as a Student Affairs Coordinator in the College of Nursing at USF, and as a College of Nursing representative to the Academic Regulations Committee (ARC). She has performed academic advising orientations, course scheduling, academic counseling and recruitment for the College of Nursing.
