Toni Ripo holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Developing Human Resources, and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from USF Sarasota-Manatee. Toni chairs the Career Fair Committee and serves in the community as Dr. Guilford’s designee on the Suncoast Workforce Board. For six years, she held the position of Career Advisor at Manatee Community College (MCC), now known as the State College of Florida. At MCC, she served on the Student Services Professional Development Team, Faculty Professional Development Team, OTA/PTA Advisory Committee and Alternative Teacher's Program Advisory Committee. Prior to MCC, she was employed by the Suncoast Workforce Development Board (SWDB) in the School-to-Work initiative and Jobs for Florida's Graduate program housed on the Riverview High School campus in Sarasota, FL.
