Deadlines for submissions is the one week prior to the 1st and 15th of every month

When submitting information for the newsletter, it should be “copy ready”. We are not responsible for proofing your material, nor checking dates/times, etc.

Please send the information as a MS Word document attached to an email or the information written into email. Formatting of the information should be as follows:

  • Topic/Subject

  • Category (Spotlight on Services/Event/Student Organization/Community Engagement

  • Title/Heading

  • Content (remember to include time, date, location and any specific instructions/information
