Purpose of Phi Beta Lambda
Phi Beta Lambda is the Future Business Leaders of America collegiate counter
part. Our mission is to bring business and education together in a positive
working relationship through innovative leadership and career development
programs. Our organization prepares members consisting of all majors, not only
business, to become better leaders for the future. We promote a sense of civic
and personal responsibility while also building confidence in each member and
giving them an edge when they leave their post-secondary institution.
