Steps to Apply
1. Complete the Undergraduate Application or Graduate Application
2. Pay the application fee ($30)
3. Submit official transcripts

Transcripts must be submitted from all prior colleges or universities.

High school transcripts may be required to demonstrate foreign language requirement completion.

Students who are currently enrolled at another college or university must submit a current transcript to be evaluated by admissions and a final official transcript reflecting final grades and/or degree conferral.
4. Complete the Student Immunization & Medical History Form
5. Students can monitor their admissions status online using OASIS.

Tools for Newly Admitted Students:

Obtain a USF Photo ID card

Register for New Student Orientation

Orientation is mandatory for undergraduate students. New students will not be able to register for classes without attending in person or completing online.

Schedule a Newly Admitted Student Advising Appointment with Academic Advising. Students will review their SASS audit with the advisor, discuss transfer credit, and degree requirements.

Discuss Financial Aid concerns with a Financial Aid Specialist, students must complete a FAFSA to be eligible for federal or state financial aid.

Register for classes. Students are eligible to register for classes after:
1. All admissions requirements are met and you are admitted; and
2. Medical history and immunization records are received by Student Health Services; and
3. Orientation has been completed
