As Vice President of Food & Beverage and Merchandise Operations Integration, Maribeth Bisienere leads a team that focuses on new and existing businesses, both domestic and international. Their vision is to create food and beverage offerings that continue to strengthen the Disney brand and allow Guests to have unique choices that they cannot find anywhere else in the world. This includes driving concept and product development for all Walt Disney Parks and Resorts food and beverage initiatives ranging from facility design to menu offerings.

Under Maribeth’s leadership, Food & Beverage and Merchandise established strategic collaborative partnerships with Operations and other line of business partners around the globe. In support of the goal to deliver a seamless Guest experience, the Food ↦ Beverage and Merchandise team focuses on standards, common processes and initiatives, talent planning, cost containment and revenue creation. Maribeth has held multiple leadership positions within the Disney resorts and operations, including Business Development, Operating Participants and Alliance Development and Diversity Planning and Development.

Maribeth represents Disney on the Central Florida YMCA Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, the National Restaurant Association Board of Directors, as well as being a member of the Osceola County Tourist Development Council. Maribeth graduated from Cedar Crest College in Pennsylvania, with a double major in Political Science and Social Work. She attended the University of Colorado where she earned a certification in Resort Condominium Management and also completed the Hotel General Managers Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Maribeth resides in Celebration, Florida with her husband Bob and their three children,Michaela, Morgan and Jackson and Lucy, their beloved Golden Doodle.

The USF Sarasota-Manatee School of Hotel and Restaurant Management proudly presents the Linda Novey-White Memorial Lectureship. This lectureship recognizes the contributions that Ms. Novey-White made to the hospitality industry.

The USF School of Hotel & Restaurant Management was a beneficiary of Linda's involvement as a founding member of the advisory board. The Linda Novey-White Memorial Lectureship Series Endowment funds lectures featuring renowned keynote speakers known for their experience and leadership in the advancement of best practices and customer service in the hospitality industry.

The lectures are free and open to the public. Donations to the USF CHTL Foundation are appreciated and accepted to continue to bring outstanding lecturers.
