Michaela Cerce, Hospitality student gets King O’Neal Scholar Award

Four live hospitality courses to be offered on Tampa campus in the Fall 2013 semester

School of Hotel and Restaurant Management in the College of Hospitality and Technology Leadership will offer four live courses at Tampa campus in the Fall 2013 semester. Our students executed a very successful Golf Tournament and HospitaBull Brunch

Our students did it again!!! Students in the Restaurant Management, Event Management and Food Prep courses organized, planned and executed USF Sarasota-Manatee’s first Golf Tournament and HospitaBull Brunch on April 28, 2013 at Legacy Golf Club. It was a huge success.

Restaurant Management Students Compete for a trip to NRA Show in Chicago

Professor Askren’s Restaurant Management Students compete today to win a trip to National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. The five student groups worked on an instrument that will be used to measure the best restaurants in the U.S. The students created an online survey that will measure restaurant quality factors.
