User account support is all the services we provide into the users' experience on the USF Sarasota-Manatee network, servers, and databases. Below is the list of these services, as well as, links to quick help areas where users can troubleshoot certain issues themselves.

User Hardware support is all the services we provide in keeping the technology hardware on our campus in working order to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Our goal here is to make sure that if there is a broken connection or piece of hardware, we fix the issue and get the user back to work quickly and smoothly.
User Application support is all the services we provide on the installation and configuring of all USF approved software on our campus. We take every step possibly to ensure that the user can get on to all their computer software on order to help students, faculty, and staff get back to work.
User Telecom support is all the services we provide into the users experience with our phones and technology communications. We provide quick and prompt help with anything communication technology related.
