ESOL Documentation Binder

Teacher candidates are encouraged to present their ESOL Documentation Binders before the start of their Final Internship. Arrangements are made to collect completed binders at the Final Internship Orientation meeting.  After that, binders may be submitted to the administrative staff in the College of Education to be turned over to Dr. Burns for review.

To complete your binder, print out all the documents in the above .pdf and put them in your binder in the order suggested in the table of Contents (first page of .pdf). Put your name and UID# (university identification number) on each form and complete each form as directed.
