Phone 941-359-4252 Professor Lively received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from the Tampa campus of the University of South Florida. While earning her M.Acc. degree, she taught Principles of Financial Accounting as a graduate teaching assistant and was awarded the Federation of Schools of Accountancy Student Achievement Award in recognition of superior academic achievement, leadership, and professionalism. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate programs, Professor Lively was an active member of the Delta Gamma chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. After college, Heather joined the Tampa office of Ernst & Young as a financial statement auditor. During her time at Ernst & Young, she participated on numerous audits in various industries from large public companies to universities, governments, and hospitals. While at Ernst & Young, Professor Lively also taught as an adjunct professor at USF-Tampa. In 2010, she joined USF Sarasota- Manatee as a full-time instructor. She is a CPA in the state of Florida. |
