If you are enrolled in a traditional or online course on our campus
(USF Sarasota-Manatee) this summer, the Writing Center is open
for the entire summer sessions--including A, B, and C (May 14-July
20).
Writing Center Summer 2012 Hours of Consultation:
Wednesday in room C267 - email draft and in-person consultations:
2:00-5:00 PM
Thursday in room C267 - email draft and in-person consultations: 2:00-5:00
PM
Four additional hours of email draft consultations only,
Monday-Friday
I strongly encourage you to send me an email request in order to
schedule a consultation date and time; please specify also which
kind of consultation you prefer (email draft or in-person):
writinghelp@sar.usf.edu.
Walk-ins during the above dates/times will be accepted only if there
are no previously scheduled email draft or in-person consultations.
Moreover, please send your requests sooner rather than later; it
usually takes two business days for me to respond, and I anticipate
the scheduled consultations will fill up quickly during peak times
in the summer sessions.
Please note I am not available for email draft consultations on
Thursday evenings from 5:30-10:00 PM or the weekend (Saturday and
Sunday).
There is no limit to the number or kind of consultations you can
request--you just need to be enrolled on our campus this summer in a
traditional class or online to request a consultation. I can also
provide documentation of a consultation if your professor requires
you to consult with the Writing Center.
Additional Research Tools and
Guides are available at the top left of
the USF Library website:

We
gratefully acknowledge the USF Tampa Library for providing us access to these
resources.
I look forward to working with you again this summer!
Best,
Dr. Cavedo
Writing Center Director
